Founded by Cobie Davis, who grew up surrounded by hospitality (thanks, Mum and Dad), we bring people together the oldest way we know how: cooking over flames. There's something primal and magnetic about fire. It slows people down, draws them in, and turns a meal into a moment.

We specialise in immersive dining experiences built on fire, smoke, and Victorian produce sourced as locally and ethically as we can get our hands on it. Every menu is shaped by the season, the setting, and what's at its best right now—whole animals on asado crosses, slow-smoked vegetables, open-flame desserts, and everything in between. It's food that honors the land, the farmers, and the people gathered around the table.
