REFUND POLICY
Deposits
• All deposits (50%) re strictly non-refundable. They secure your booking date and cover initial planning and administrative costs.
Refunds for Client Cancellations
Refunds (where applicable) follow the timeline below:
• More than 30 days before the event:
Refund of any amount paid minus the deposit and any produce already purchased.
• 14–30 days before the event:
Up to 50% refund depending on produce ordered and labour already completed.
• Less than 14 days before the event:
No refund. The total invoice balance is still required to be paid in full.
Refunds When Grilled and Gathered Co Cancels
If we must cancel due to circumstances outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, safety concerns, illness, equipment failure), we will provide:
• A full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, or
• A rescheduled event date (client’s choice).
Dietary Requirements & Menu Adjustments
• Refunds are not provided for guests who choose not to eat menu items or for dietary requirements communicated after the deadline.
